While PlayStation controllers are nice, I was hoping to be able to achieve a 1, Hz polling rate and 1ms response time with my standard wired XBOX controller however, it appears to not be possible. Yeah, the hidhide is the only thing that made ds4windows work with Rocket League as well. You can also use hidusbf if you want to get the Hz polling rate wired. Makes everything feel a little more responsive. I've tried updating the polling rate of the Pro 2 Wired using hidusbf. Sadly there's nothing much you can do about it. You might be able to force the device to use 1khz polling rate if it even can with hidusbf but the latency is mainly bound to the quality of the pcb and the chips on the keypad.
